- Education in the field of physics, biophysics
- Professional experience in a research institution or in a research laboratory
- Knowlegde and experience in physics, optics/ electrooptics, microskopy and image processing
- Great work engagement, flexibility and team-working ability
- Good command of English
- Willignes to learn German
